About The Bride Is Ready Series
Who is the Bride of Christ, and how does she make herself ready? These questions and more are explored in this piercing series as Martha digs deep into the blessings AND requirements of Christ's own Bride.
I Corinthians 6:2a-3 Amplified
Do you not know that the saints (the believers)
will one day judge and govern the world?
Do you not know also that we (Christians)
are to judge the (very) angels and pronounce
opinion between right and wrong for them?
How much more then (as to) matters
pertaining to this world and of this life only!
Revelation 2:26 NIV
To him who overcomes and does my will to the
end, I will give authority over the nations –
Revelation 3:21 NIV
To him who overcomes, I will give the right to
sit with Me on my throne, just as I overcame
and sat down with my Father on HIS throne.
The intense preparation of the Bride is pictured in Ruth, Esther, Daniel, Joseph – on and on in scripture. That equipping is not merely for Wifehood with the Lamb but her training to actually rule and reign by His side . . . forever!
The promises of the Lord to the church are real and certain. Clear and simple. The Bride will bear authority over angels, nations, the very world. The Wedding Feast is the culmination of human history and the finale of Christianity but it is the beginning of a new world and a new government where Christ is Visible King.
From the Wedding of the Lamb, the Bride will step onto the throne to rule . . . beside her Beloved, her personal King whose heart she has come to know. His plan. His gift. Our amazing future and present aim.
