About Kingdom of the Son of His Love Series
Who is the King of kings? Join Martha as she discovers in the scriptures Jesus as John met Him on Patmos: King!
Asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied to them by saying, The kingdom of God does not come with signs to be observed or with visible display, Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you].
Luke 17:20-21 AMP
All your provision lies in the Kingdom. All your answers are deposited in the Kingdom. All your victory waits within the Kingdom of God. You and I must go into the kingdom before we can possess these lavish gifts given, reserved and waiting—in the Kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is “not with observation” (Luke 17:21). There is no visible throne, no seat in earth’s geography. Prove its existence? It cannot be done. To SEE it however, is possible, and to SEE the Kingdom is the first demand of entry. You must see. You cannot enjoy a kingdom you do not perceive exists.
This throne exists in the real place. And that place is hidden to the sight of this world that masquerades as the genuine. Jesus’ purpose is to bring us into His kingdom and the notes of His direction are strewn through scripture. We can know the path; it is a clear map.
To Nicodemus, Jesus gave the first key to the door of the Kingdom: Truly, truly I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven (John 3:3 NASB). Only the “born again” possess the possibility of discovering the Kingdom… “Born again” is not by decision any more than my human birth represents “my” choice. The children of God, those who believe in His name, “were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:13 NASB).
“Born again” is God’s to do and it is the criterion for seeing the kingdom.
Born again…a wonder of miracles. Christian, you are not a member of a belief circle, not merely changed for the better. You are literally a new creature, born from above. A Kingdom life from heaven invades you, the very nature of God, an identity of divine origin comes to live inside. A fully developed life, totally “other” of “another” Person, from “another” Place, becomes your life.
If you are “born again,” you are truly born new, all over again! A life alien to humanity – free of it – this is your underpinning life. “Born again” is a radical invasion, not the transformation of a person, but a NEW nature—altogether of another order.
The wedding at Cana is the drama, playing out the symbols of the “new birth” and entrance to the kingdom. Humanity is the stone waterpot drained by despair in living, empty of the wine of joy, hardened in heart and soul by sin. Then by Christ’s decree, filled with the clear water of Scripture, and born by the Spirit’s hidden filling into a rich new life that pours out at Jesus’ command for the proving of His splendor.
Only God’s true children, born by His sovereign intervention, possess the possibility to SEE the kingdom. To them is given the exclusive unveiling of a Dominion above all, behind all. However, being “born again” is no assurance of a vision of this Throne-over-thrones. It merely grants you the spiritual eyes to see and the blood-right to enjoy. You must do the searching out of a heart’s desiring, and God must do the revealing…
The Kingdom must be seen before it can be entered. It is “seen” by the “new eyes” of the “new self.” To be born again is to be born INTO the Kingdom, and possessed BY kingdom life.
It is “seen” by revelation not information.
