Devotional

The issue of ‘name’ is deeply imbedded and recurrent in scripture, even from the very beginning…

And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And God called the firmament Heavens.
Genesis 1:5, 8 AMP

Creation was defined and revealed by the name God gave.

What IS in a name? Meaning! Picture! Understanding! And many other delights.

A Name is important to you, believer, because it is so emphasized by the Author of the Bible. God, the Master and Creator, is specific about all matters.

A name identifies and explains. A name sets apart and discerns.

When you say ‘Day’ you have an instantly complete knowledge in visual form of that word.

All things and all people bear a name…even God. Especially God!
