Romans 11:36 AMPC
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.
[For all things originate with Him and come from Him: all things live through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end in Him.] To Him be glory forever!
This is our Savior. It’s incomprehensible that Jesus is the beginning, the center and the end of all things that exist, everything that is living and vital.
We need to see Jesus in this glory. When Paul makes the profound statement of Christ’s complete creativity and dominion to the Romans, the man bursts into wonder at such a Lord.
“To Him be glory forever!”
In everything that is, Jesus is the Beginning and Origin, but amazingly He is also the Ending and the Completion. He is alpha and omega. The beginning and the ending of the universe, the creator of mankind, the completion of all meaning!
And yet it is very personal to each of us who are His disciples.
