About Let Series
LET. Wielded by the Holy Spirit, this tiny word had a huge impact on Martha’s life, and the adventure can be yours, too, if you just LET God be GOD.
…that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us…
Hebrews 12:1 AMPC
What ‘being’ does that describe? Deftly and cleverly clinging, slick and shrewd! What ‘creature’ stays after us, hounding and accusing day and night? What ‘being’ makes everything complex by its hellish suggestions of impossibilities?
Sin is one thing, made simple and solvable by the Cross of Jesus Christ. But when sin is the torment of the unfixable, when we stumble and are caught in the tangle of doubting lies about the Truth, then we can know it is Satan and his demonic attack force. That Serpent can be ‘thrown aside’ easily by the name of Jesus and the Blood of His absolute forgiveness.
Now the serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made.
Genesis 3:1 AMP
